PRICE LIST

Due to their special tax regime, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered as extra-communitary territory. Therefore, all purchases made by residents in this territory are exempt of tax (customs tax and import tax not included in the price of your order and must be paid on arrival by the receiver of the goods).

All prices in our product list are quoted without tax. This is because the application of taxes and duties varies according to the country where the purchase is made. The final price is displayed when you proceed to checkout along with details of the tax applicable to the country chosen in the delivery data.

As a general rule 16% VAT will apply to EU member countries. All businesses belonging to the EU will be exempt from tax except those based in Spain. Sales to other countries are VAT free. However, the customs authorities in each country will levy their corresponding charges.

If you select to view prices on our web site in dollars, bear in mind that they are calculated according to the daily exchange rate with respect to the Euro. These prices will therefore fluctuate accordingly.

All prices at www.e-luigi.com may be revised and modified at any time.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
1. Cash On Delivery (C.O.D)
  
  This option only exists in the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
  
  Cash On Delivery payments in Portugal will only be possible if orders are over 90 €.
  
  Goods will be paid on delivery to the transport service corresponding to the shipping country.

2. Bank transfer
  
  Upon completing your purchase you may wish to select the bank transfer option. In this case you will receive an Email, which, together with the confirmation of your order, will indicate the account number required. It should be made payable to LUIGI QUESADA in EUROS.
  
  Please ensure that you indicate, "order number xxx" in the subject bar as well as your name and surname. The bank transfer should be carried out within a 3-day period, counting from the day the order was placed; otherwise your order will have to be cancelled.
  
  The order will not be considered complete until the transaction has been verified by our bank. To facilitate the transaction, we recommend that you send a bank transfer receipt either by fax to (+34) 924 31 75 03 or by Email to customerservice@e-luigi.com.
  
  Remember that payments should be made in EURO and the customer will pay any currency exchange commission or bank commission if this method of payment is selected.
3. Visa or MasterCard
  
  We guarantee that every transaction carried out at E-luigi.com is 100% safe. Each operation, which implies the transmission of personal information or bank details, is carried out within a safe environment. E-luigi.com uses a secure server, which uses a protocol called SSL (Secure Socked Layer) to ensure the secure transfer of information via encryption.
  
  In this way the credit card details are only known and handled by the bank, whereas the order and client details are known and handled only by the trader.
  
  In an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have now updated our web-site to include the latest security measures for on-line commerce developed by VISA and MASTERCARD. These are known as 3D Secure Code (Verified by VISA) and SPA/UCAF (Mastercard Secure Code). In this way, if you are a holder of a "Secure enabled" card, you will always be able to make a payment with a VISA or MASTERCARD on our web-site.
  
  If your credit card cannot be enabled with this secure code, E-luigi.com will only admit payment by VISA or MASTERCARD to long-standing customers.
  
  In both cases, when making a VISA or MASTERCARD payment, customers will be asked to supply the following information: the credit card number, the expiry date and a validation code, which refers to the last 3 digits printed on the back of the credit card. In this way we are able to guarantee even greater security for on-line transactions.
  
  What is Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code?
  
  The main objective of this protocol is to offer greater security both to the Internet user and to the commercial on-line companies, by authenticating the buyer as the legitimate holder of the card being used for payment.
  
  In practice, if you choose to make a payment with your "secure enabled" VISA or MASTERCARD, you will be asked to provide your credit card number and expiry date as before, and also a password for exclusive use when making on-line payments. This password will identify the customer, unequivocally, as the owner of the card. In this way, no one will be able to make an on-line payment without first having knowledge of the afore-mentioned password. If a "secure enabled" card is required to make payment the logos below will appear on the page asking for credit card details..
  
  If you have not yet received a PIN or password for exclusive use when making on-line payments, we advise you to contact the financial institution who issued your card and request that this service be applied so that you can benefit from secure on-line purchases. This is possible either by contacting your bank or making an on-line request..

4. Instalment payments - Direct debit.
  
  If you would like to choose to pay by instalments, it is important to apply for this when placing your order. Your application must be approved by the administration department at LUIGI QUESADA.
  
  The installment payment option is only available to clients registered as a company or who are self-employed, and providing that orders are over 500 Euros.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY

LUIGI QUESADA reserves the right to change the delivery method and transport company regardless of what is stated on this page and given that the changes would not in any way be detrimental to our customers.

Important: We are unable to accept a shipment to a PO BOX address.
1. Deliveries to Spain and Portugal
  
  All orders made before 18.00h Spanish time, will be dispatched by the relevant transport company on the same day, providing they are in stock.
  
  NotE: Orders which are paid for by instalments will not be dispatched until the instalment application has been approved.
  Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands:
  
  The credit card user is subject to the following conditions:
  - If the order is under 90 EURO (TAX included), a charge of 5,8 EURO (5 + 16% IVA) for extra costs will be applied.
  - If the order is over 90 EURO (TAX included), carriage will be free.
  - Forms of Payment: by credit card, C.O.D, or bank transfer (see forms of payment).
  - Once an order has been placed, it will leave our warehouse on the same day providing it was placed before 18.00h Spanish time, regardless of the price of the purchase. Deliveries are made from Mon-Fri on working days.
  - All items are delivered by express transport agencies, within 24-48h to the Iberian Peninsula and within 48-72 hours to the Balearic Islands. This period is calculated from the collection of the goods from our warehouse. .
  - o For transfer payments, the product will not be dispatched until the transfer receipt has been received (see forms of payment).
  Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
  - Payment options available are by bank transfer, epagado or credit card (see forms of payment).
  - Free shipping to the Canary Islands on orders over 300EURO, providing they weigh under 20 kgs.
  - Shipping on orders under 300€ will be calculated according to the weight of the order.
  - Sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not charged VAT (16%). However, the customs authorities will levy their corresponding charges. We are unable to calculate these corresponding charges for each order as they depend on the local I.G.C tax and customs tariff duties. As a general guideline, which may be subject to change, between 15 and 30 € are usually charged for import and administrative customs duties, as well as the corresponding I.G.I.C (Canary Islands VAT) indirect tax. (we cannot be held responsible for any possible variations of duty rates made at short notice)
  - The delivery time for the Canary Islands is approximately between 4 working days by air freight and 10 working days by ocean freight.
  - The delivery time for Ceuta and Melilla is approximately 7 to 10 days.
  - Orders over 20 Kilograms will not be delivered.
  Portugal y Andorra
  - If the order is over 90 EURO (TAX included), carriage will be free.
  - If the order is under 90 EURO (TAX included), a shipping charge of 8,29 EURO (7,14 + 16% IVA) will be applied.
  - Deliveries will be made between 48-72h according to the destination.
  - Forms of Payment:
    - C.O.D: (this payment method will only be possible when the total sum of the order is over 60 EURO).
    - Bank transfer or credit card (see forms of payment).
  - Bear in mind that orders sent to Andorra will not include any extra taxes or tariffs which may be added at customs. These additional charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
    
    (*) Portugal-Madeira and Portugal-the Azores do not have the same rates as the rest of Portugal. Payments are usually made via a bank transfer or credit card (see forms of payment). The customer will pay transport costs according to the weight of the order. Goods will be delivered by DHL, which has a package tracking service based on a code number given for each order (www.dhl.com).
2. Shipments to foreign countries
  - Payment options available are by bank transfer or by credit card (see forms of payment).
  - Customers will be notified of the relative shipping costs as each purchase is made.
  - Charges to your credit card will always be made in EUROS. Bear in mind that we cannot take responsibility for any possible variation (in favour of either the customer or E-luigi.com) in the current EXCHANGE RATE when the amount is charged to the customer's account.
  - Customers can choose between either Standard Shipping or Express Shipping via DHL for orders addressed to the following destinations: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, the UK, Ireland, Sweden and Norway.
    
    If you choose the Standard Shipping option, you will be able to benefit from FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER 200€ *(VAT included), except Norway, which has FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER 250€. Free Shipping refers to the countries mentioned above and is regardless of the weight of the order.
    
    *Offer valid for a limited period. E-luigi.com reserves the right to end this offer without previous warning.
    
    For all other destinations, shipments will always be dispatched via DHL. Bear in mind that shipping costs are calculated on the weight of the order and the destination.
  - Note: The indicated shipping costs do not include any possible extra payments, which may be added, such as taxes or customs duties and which would have to be paid Cash On Delivery.

GUARANTEE

LUIGI QUESADA customers will benefit from the manufacturer's guarantee.

Defects or imperfections due to the incorrect use or manipulation of goods, as well as the wear and tear produced by the normal use of a product, are not included in this guarantee.

Any decline in the function of a product, due to its design limitation, is also excluded from guarantee.
